1. Services Provided

Scope of Services: We offer weekly subscription plans for:

• Website design services using platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, and other CRM platforms.

• Landing page design and revisions.

• SEO services tailored to improve your online visibility.

• Hosting, domain registration, and professional email, Third-party plugins, themes, and app licenses (charged separately in advance).

2. Subscription Terms

2.1 Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed weekly in advance. Payments must be completed through the methods provided on our website, including Stripe, Bank Transfer, and (temporarily unavailable) PayPal.

2.2 Subscription Plans: Each plan has specific features and limits, detailed on our pricing page. It is your responsibility to select a plan that meets your needs.

2.3 Renewals and Cancellations:

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 3 days before the next billing cycle.

• You may cancel at any time through your account portal. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the current subscription period.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Submission of Requests: Clients must provide clear and complete details for each request, including necessary assets, text, and branding guidelines.
• Timely Feedback: Delayed feedback may affect delivery timelines.
• Content Ownership: You confirm that any content provided to us for use in designs is either owned by you or properly licensed. You agree to indemnify us against claims of copyright infringement.

4. Delivery and Revisions

• Turnaround Time: We strive to complete requests promptly. Typical timelines are shared at the start of the subscription.
• Revision Process: Revisions are included within your subscription and must align with the scope of the original request. Substantial changes may be treated as new requests.

5. Payments and Refunds

• Payment Methods: We accept payments in USD or PKR through Card Payments, Bank Transfer, and (temporarily unavailable) PayPal.
• Refund Policy: Given the nature of our services, refunds are not available once work on a request has commenced. Exceptions are made solely at our discretion.
• Taxes and Fees: Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes and transaction fees based on their location.

6. Intellectual Property

• Ownership of Deliverables: Upon final payment and delivery, clients own the rights to the designs and materials created under their subscription.
• Portfolio Usage: We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitations of Liability

• No Warranty: Services are provided “AS IS” without any guarantees of specific outcomes or results.
• Liability Cap: Our liability is limited to the amount paid during the most recent subscription cycle.
• Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party platforms, plugins, or integrations.

8. Compliance with Laws

• Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and the United States, where applicable.
• Legal Use: You agree to use our services in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Any illegal use will result in immediate termination of your subscription.
